The Path to Freedom from Addiction
Most addiction recovery programs are based around the belief that once you are addicted the addiction is part of your identity. They teach that even after you have recovered you are still an addict and your addiction defines you. Some programs even go as far as to say "the addiction will always have some control over you." Mindfulness is about being in control of your life, mindfully we have free-will to choose our path and we can make changes. That does not mean the changes are easy but with practice, focus and willpower we can change anything in our lives.
With True Hypnotherapy we work to tap in to the subconscious and release your belief that the addiction controls your life. We have the gift of self-determination and the power to take control of our lives. We work together to break down the barriers, remove the roadblocks and come to terms with the past to move forward in control. Then by learning to live mindfully you will find that you can take control of your life and to find a new path. You have an addiction now but it doesn't have to define you forever. We have a lifelong ability to create change in our lives, to transform and overcome any obstacle and achieve any goal. In this program, we work to find your will to change and reinforce that will to take control.
Together we devise a plan to reconnect with your free will and accept that you are ready to change. Through focus, acceptance, meditation, and hypnotherapy we overcome the addiction itself, then mindfully with meditative practices, healthy lifestyle choices, and confidence building we map out the plan to move forward. We which tools and procedures to follow when you feel weak or have cravings. We develop a new vision, we find the path forward in life that will be free of cravings and relapse.
Through our mindfulness practices we build an awareness of life, this awareness is your power. Using mindful awareness is transformational and naturally healing, there is a universal need to balance the mind, body, and spirit. Unfortunately, our addictions and mind noise drive us away from this balance and lead us to an unhealthy place. Finding that balance is the cornerstone of addiction recovery; it is the path of joy, love, and freedom.
The awareness we build together quiets the inner turbulence and encourages the elimination of the toxicity we are bringing to our live, awakening the vitality and healing the heart and soul. This awareness brings a deep and nurturing connection to our mind, body, and spirit and gives us the power to move forward, and to be in control.
My program addresses the root cause of your addiction without focusing heavily on the past, we focus on the now. Recognizing that the path lead us to where we are but not dwelling on it. We learn to deal with stress, feelings of inadequacy, lack of confidence or some deep-rooted trauma or stress from your past. You might even be addicted simply because you feel you deserve a reward for some accomplishment. Whatever it is we recognize it, acknowledge it, and find a new path forward.
True Hypnotherapy programs work by the power of suggestion and by focusing on moving forward in a positive way, a way that can be reinforced by replacing bad habits with more helpful things. This training alters the thought processes connected to your desire to drink, smoke, stay on the internet, sex, or drugs, replacing that desire with other options. Alternatives to the habit will become your first choice over time.
The American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis advises that hypnotherapy for smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction works best when continued over an extended period. There is a desire deep within to quit within you, otherwise you wouldn't be wasting your time reading this. That's where my coaching comes in to help. We look for the true desire within to change, it's there, trust me. We focus on what is in your heart, what you know to be the right way to live a healthy and happy future.
You can't be forced to do something you don't want to do. But when the proper techniques are used and the client is totally ready for change, my coaching can result in a 75 percent success rate among patients a year after concluding therapy.

We build a relationship of trust that is non-judgmental and open-hearted and full of respect where you are coming from. I come from a place of understanding, of having lived through addiction myself. My system of coaching and mindful training deals with emotional issues connected to the addiction such as boredom, stress, fear, worry or whatever it may be. When we can get past that you can allow yourself to gain control of your choices, allow yourself to break the habit, reprogram your sleep patterns and release the cravings setting you free to be in control of your life.
True Hypnotherapy is a deep relaxation where the mind is more able to take on positive suggestions thus making it easier to change habits and patterns. You have programmed yourself to be addicted in the same way that someone programs themselves to walk. If you try to forget how to quit at your current level you can't, the same way you can't forget how to walk, it's part of your inner self now. The addiction is a program in your mind that needs to be rewired. The safe and spiritual style I use brings about a relaxation that will help change that program in your mind, similar to putting new software into your computer. This will allow you to create new habits. You will only make the changes you want, always remember you have the power and you are in control! Somewhere you forgot that.

Addiction Session Programs
5 Session Starter Package $350.00
By making a commitment to five sessions we can begin the process knowing we have made a commitment to work together to overcome the addiction or habit. This commitment is VERY important when trying to take control.
Sessions are generally scheduled on a weekly basis and include five at home meditation recordings.
Additional Sessions may be added at a cost of $70.00 per session.
10 Session Breaking The Habit Package $600.00
When you are determined to break a habit making a commitment is the first real step. By focusing from the beginning on a long term goal you have set the foundation for real change to occur. This commitment is very important when dealing with serious addictions. I am willing to commit to working with you long term, it's time for you to make that same commitment in yourself.
This program includes 10 sessions spaced apart at useful intervals starting weekly for the first few weeks then spreading out a bit over time. You will also receive 10 at home meditations and other tools we determine will be helpful to your recovery process.

Breaking the Smoking Habit $350.00
Includes 5 Sessions and 5 at home Meditation Recordings. We develop additional tools to be used in breaking your habit which will be included in this price.
