Coach Bill's Mindfulness programs teach you how taking a mindful approach to eating will forever change you eating habits. There is a new focus on food, not through deprivation and elimination, but through focus and appreciation. We do a series of guided meditation sessions to open the subconscious to reduce the emotional attachments to food and clear the blocks. We focus meditation and Mindfulness training so you are fully present every time you eat and eliminate the mindless grazing and need to eat every bite. You are given at-home daily meditations and affirmations and recordings as well as a custom designed health and fitness program.
Coach Bill uses his training as a Mindfulness instructor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Energy Healer to provide a plan that works especially for you. It's not one-size fits all, it is custom-made just for you and your long-term goals.
These Programs for weight loss are effective because they tap into the subconscious to influence changes in emotions, habits, cravings, and beliefs. In our sessions, we find the foundation of what is holding you back from reaching a healthy weight and finding the motivation to not over eat and exercise.

There are several different Programs available for weight loss and exercise motivation. These programs work great in person, by video conference, or you can order the package of recordings and do them in your own time. Weight Management Program
Using a plan that starts with 5 one-on- one sessions, which may include Coaching, Nutrition Counseling, Meditation, and Hypnotherapy we work on balancing your needs and determining the path to follow respecting your body, your limitations and honoring your food as fuel. This program works in a stress free way, focusing on positive messages and taking control of your body.
You will learn that food is not the enemy but your relationship with food is. We will work on motivation, self esteem, and the balancing act of what should and shouldn't be doing to our body. In this program we strive for at least 5 sessions and you will receive 5 recorded meditations sessions to listen to daily to reinforce our goals and desires. We will determine if you need an exercise program and design it for you. We will determine if you need a meal program and design it for you. This is a completely customized program for you.
Sessions are done in person or via Skype, Google+, or telephone. I offer an all inclusive starting weight loss package that includes 5 one on one sessions, 5 at home recorded sessions, nutrition coaching and plan, exercise coaching plan, and unlimited text/phone support for $350.00.
You then determine additional sessions and continuation of the plan at a discounted rate of $50.00 per week.
Mindful eating is the practice of focusing one's full attention on the act of eating. Paying attention to the smell, look, and flavors of food while being focused on the experience and not distracted by other things. It involves slowing down and staying present, in order to derive pleasure and satisfaction from every bite. Mindful eating can be a transformative habit that helps us avoid over consumption and rekindles the simple joy of being present with our food and the experience of consuming it.
Mindful Eating is allowing yourself to become aware of the positive and nurturing opportunities that are available through the selection and preparation of your food. It's also about respecting your own inner wisdom, about using all your senses to choose food that is both satisfying to you and nourishing to your body. Mindful eating is about acknowledging your responses to food (likes, dislikes or neutral) without judgment, and becoming more aware of physical hunger and satisfaction. It's a process that will change your relationship to food.
